Strictly Come Dancing judge Darcey was midway through her feedback to Charles Venn when there was an almighty bang in the studio.
It appeared some of the set may have fallen, although it’s not clear as the noise came from offscreen.
Gushing over contestant Charles, the judging panel could hardly contain themselves.
Darcey said: “To see the confidence, the masculinity, the natural flow… I mean, not forcing any of that technique.
“It was… and even the body was undulating. I am impressed. I am impressed.”
As Darcey finished her sentence, viewers at home could hear the bang, as eyes frantically darted across the studio to assess the situation.
Darcey screamed: “Oh!” as Bruno Tonioli teased: “The undulating!”
Trying to come up with an explanation for the noise, Darcey said: “The undulating!
“It’s that bounce baby, you were giving it. It was good.”
Host Tess Daly agreed, saying: “It was good,” as Charles thanked Darcey, saying: “Thank you Darcey!”
Throwing over to the head judge, Tess noted: “Look, she’s giggling!”
Shirley Ballas quickly fanned herself and chuckled: “I’m all hot and bothered!”
Later in the show, presenter Claudia Winkleman revealed a totally different line-up of celebrities listed on the Strictly leaderboard.
Ashley Roberts is at the top of the leaderboard, while Lauren Steadman is currently at the bottom.
Claudia announced: “It’s time to take a look at the leaderboard.
“At the top, of course, we have Ashley and Pasha with the perfect score.
“Down the other end are Lauren and AJ with a score of 25.
“Remember, you can change all of that by picking up the phone or going online and voting for your favourite.”
The vote is now closed, with viewers having to wait and see how their favourite will do tomorrow night.
